We want to start off by saying thank you to our amazing customers for another great year in 2022. At the end of the year, we sent out a Satisfaction Survey; we have taken these results and wanted to present the highlights to you in a short post. We cannot wait for another year with the incredible partnerships we have already forged and the new relationships on the horizon!
A year in review:
How would you rate your satisfaction with Arbor Solutions?
The overall result from this question was an astounding 9.4/10!
At the end of the day, this is the most important question we can ask our customers. We also provided a comment section and wanted to take the opportunity to highlight some of our favorite comments:
- “Bob worked endlessly and was always in contact. he accepted every phone call and meeting request, and explained everything in detail.”

The other question that was important for us to gauge was how our customers utilize Arbor Solutions for their needs. Here were the results!
With a wide variety of services available to create effective IT solutions for our clients, we wanted to see what options were most used – and also ensure that our clients were aware of the full suite of options available to deliver additional value to their business!
